Chamonix town is a one of a kind holiday destination with the impressive Monte Bianco and majestic glaciers. We love to go parapenting or even taking the tourist train. I sometimes travel from Knoxville and stay at a Chamonix guesthouse for the duration of my break.
My family and I used to visited Embassy Suites Niagara Falls - Fallsview but it rarely met the standards of its description: The Embassy Suites Niagara Falls is a 42-storey building over the Niagara Falls, approximately 100 yards from the water’s edge and 45 miles from Buffalo/Niagara International Airport. Within walking distance are Casino Niagara, Clifton Hills, Maid of the Mist, Skylon Tower and the new Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort. The Hotel offers complimentary breakfast and a complimentary Manager??s reception. Hotel amenities include the 10-storey atrium, dining overlooking the falls, indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, valet parking, shuttle to the Casino and attractions, Starbucks, and TGI Fridays. The hotel??s new restaurant, The Keg Steakhouse & Bar, features a ledge stone fireplace and a showpiece 3-level tiered seating, with floor to ceiling windows for panoramic views of the Falls from every table in the restaurant. The hotel also offers valet laundry service.
On the other hand in Chamonix town the hotel is always brilliant. Likewise dining out in my families’ preferred cafe, Edamame Cafe, munching pumpkin apple cider bread is a treat. Chamonix Mont Blanc France is a big enough destination to insure that there is lots of things for the skier to do. Including a cross country skiing track and a plethora of shops, Chamonix offers a mix of skiing, alpine charm and sightseeing which barely any resorts can hope to rival.

Imagine if you were catering for a large number of people then definitely what comes into your mind is the amount of plates and dishes. All these dishes when used would certainly need great attention regarding on cleaning them. Cleaning of all these dishes would certainly be a mammoth task but certainly no matter what the circumstances all the dishes have to be clean. The dishes definitely would be too much to fit on the regular kitchen sink and hence the outdoor kitchen sink comes handy and worthwhile. It will certainly be an ideal method to clean all these dishes. There is a significant large amount of space outside the kitchens, thus plates o not make a disorderly pile.
The indoor sinks are usually very small and have little room for dishes. This makes it difficult to wash and accommodate a large number of dishes at apparently the same time. The outdoor sinks are usually very large in size and can accommodate quite a large number of dishes. The sink is usually made of simple concrete slabs making it very easy to put up or build. Although these sinks are very useful and large enough to accommodate plenty of dishes they are very popular in developing countries.

Amadeus Home Music School finds a better way to teach music
Taking music lessons used to mean arranging your schedule to travel to the local piano studio or music store. It was inconvenient and most of the time you could only choose the more popular instruments such as piano, violin or guitar.
There was another problem as well. Most lessons were given in classes without individual personal attention. This was a great detriment to slower or less confident students.
Now there is a music school that does things differently. Amadeus Home Music School arranges to send a music teacher to your home. Hours are arranged to for the convenience of students and teachers are chosen not only for their musical abilities, but also for their customer service skills. Amadeus teachers bend over backwards to help their students learn well and quickly.
The school has been in business for only a little over year and business is booming. Amadeus Home Music School has teachers in every state and is soon to open its doors in the UK and Canada as well.
The demand for music lessons is growing, not only among children but also with adults who have more leisure time and want to realize their childhood dreams of mastering a musical instrument. At the same time as the interest in music is growing, school budgets are getting tighter and many smaller school districts can’t afford to hire full time music teachers. As a result Amadeus is getting more and more assignments for their teachers to teach at schools on as needed basis.
If you are considering music lessons for yourself or a family member you should take a look at what other people are saying about Amadeus Home Music SchoolAmadeus Home Music School.

I only know of one place on Terra Firma where I can see Casa Grande, Wickenburg, Apache Junction, Camelback Mountain and all of the Phoenix area and it is one of my favorite places in all of Arizona. Any guesses? It is smack-dab in the middle of our nation’s fifth largest metropolitan area. It’s the world’s largest municipal park with 17,000 acres of outdoor space, it is called South Mountain Park.
There are a number of reasons I enjoy South Mountain Park but here are my top five. Number five: I love being able to travel less than one hour from my home and hike or bike on a National Trail feeling as if I’m in a very remote location. When I do this I am obviously aware of the city around the park, but somehow it feels more like I’m watching a silent movie of the city while I’m there. Number four: I have met some the neatest people from around the world on the nearly 60 miles of trails within the park. I met a couple from Germany who stumbled upon the park while riding around in their rental car prior to heading for the airport. They didn’t want to end their hike and were very sadden to find the park three hours before their flight and after 3 weeks of traveling around the southwest. What a nice couple.
The third reason I enjoy South Mountain Park is because of the awesome outdoor aromas which hang in the air only minutes from the bustling city. The trails into the desert take us past a wide variety of desert flora which from mid-October to mid-May fill your nose with the wonderful smells of the desert. Number two: It’s a work-out if you want it to be. Take your bike, on-road or off-road it doesn’t matter, and ride to the summit and you’ll see what I mean. It’s only a few miles from bottom to top, but it will test both your lungs and your legs.
The number one reason I enjoy this park so much is very simply the view from the top. Standing at Dobbins Point it seems you can see forever in any direction. With the wind whipping against your face the metropolitan area lays silent at your feet. Taking a couple moments to slow down and soak in the sensations makes it’s easy to pause and reflect on how you’ve finally come to stand on this very spot and where your next steps might possibly take you. You’ll enjoy your time in South Mountain Park - especially if you take someone with you. Get Outdoors!!

…can be a major challenge
Being a young inexperienced mother and never camped before myself, I was a little unsure of this venture when it first presented itself. My family, however, enjoyed the time outdoors over the years. At times it was difficult to keep the kids entertained. They can only throw shipping stones for so long until they start throwing them at each other.
Here are some fun activities that we enjoyed as a family.
Scavenger hunts are always fun. Just be sure to have an adult accompany each group of children. If you are in a campsite with other campers, the items can be a little more interesting. If you are in the woods, obviously, you are going to look for items that are nature related.
Board games are always fun, especially when the weather is not cooperating. Be sure that the games are appropriate even for the youngest child.
Building a “safe” campfire and preparing hotdogs on a skewer (Restoration Hardware store sells expandable forks that are perfect for this), and of course the original S’mores are always a hit. Everyone loves to participate. Another fun food to prepare is “stone soup”. You would be amazed at how children will love the vegetable soup when they will not touch it at home.
Here is another great recipe.
“Peanut Butter Playdough”.
Have each child wash their hands thoroughly before beginning this idea. The recipe is as follows:
1 cup peanut butter
cup non-fat dry milk.
1 teaspoon honey
Use wax paper as a placemat for each child. Let them use their imagination and create all sorts of animals. After they have completed this activity, they are free to munch on the treat.
Hope this gives you a few ideas.
Happy Camping!

This is the technique I used to get our backyard hummingbirds to eat from my hand.
1. Make a hand feeder by removing the top part of a small hummingbird feeder & use only the base that has the perches & feeding holes. Fill this part with the nectar that is usually in the feeder.
2. Wear bright colors such as red or pink, as hummingbirds are most attracted to these colors (a flower print shirt will work well also).
3. Put all your hummingbird feeders inside and stand with your hand feeder in a spot where one of your regular feeders used to be (as they will be looking for their food in that spot already). Keep your hand as steady as possible & don’t make any sudden movements.
4. Project happy, loving thoughts to the hummingbirds.
5. HAVE PATIENCE!! It could take weeks of trying before they’ll land on your hand feeder. Continue putting up & taking down the regular feeders.
6. Once they’ve begun eating from your hand feeder & trusting you - try smiling & talking quietly to them.
7. Remember to always be kind & loving with the birds, as it is a great honor that they trust you & allow you to get that close to them.
8. Don’t be afraid to try new things like holding a real red or pink flower in your hand or pour some liquid nectar in your cupped hand & see if they’ll respond and eat directly from your hand.
Good luck & have fun!
